Beginning with 45min of Yoga Steel Mace Flow. Think of the Vinyasa Yoga Flow sequences that you Love, just while wielding the emPOWERing interment of the Steel Mace. It’s like Yoga 2.0 🔥
Note that Steel Maces offered are 5-10lbs , adding loaded training advantage to your beloved Yoga practice.
Finishing with 45min of Zen Recovery Yoga. Your traditional Yin style deep tissue and relaxing stretch paired with guided Life Coaching mediation. Elevated with sound and aroma therapy, including a chime bath in closing shavasana ✨
ALL Levels of Experience Welcome - Yoga experinace beneficial for the Steel Mace portion of the session
