2026 NEW YEAR Round - Class Description

METCON Training Total Body Endurance with Dumbbells 

1 hour METCON / Metabolic Chain Training that consists of compound moves performed as a pyramid set, allowing you to effectively burn fat while defining muscle, leading to drastic body re-composition. Designed for fun effective training that hits all the marks and makes an hour go by so fast! ​

 

What to bring: 1 set light load dumbbells (3-5lbs) plus 1 set heavier load (8-12lbs) for those looking for an extra challenge, yoga or exercise mat & bottle of water.  NOTE: No classes on Mondays of Long Weekends

What to bring: yoga or exercise mat, bottle of water, indoor runners or training barefoot is an option. You can bring your RT Bands to class or we can supply you with what you need. 

​

The NEW VIRTUAL Class will require you to have a set of 2-5lbs Dumbbells or even just two bottle of water equal in size. Also have a two way camera device charged and ready to go to log on for your guided self care, all in the comfort of your own home!

​

The 55+ Program is a special reduced rate of $13 per session, even if once a week. Though is reduced to $11 per session i included in a GOLD Package, attending classes 3 x a week for the duration of the program.

Yoga SMF (Steel Mace Flow)

A combination of Power Vinyasa Flow and Steel Mace Flow. Inspired and charged by a weekly Empowerment Intention that are built into the physical and verbal cues of the practice. This hour  will help you achieve desirable transformation in the body mind & spirit, meant to facilitate both Self Exploration and Personal Elevation as a whole.  The Steel Mace is an instrument that will both challenge and change you in a way that will leave you wanting more. No aroma therapy for a scent free option. 

 

The physical practice will be a combination of Energizing Yoga Flow loaded with the stability challenging Steel Mace.  This equipment is especially complimentary for those who already enjoy a Yoga Flow practice but want to go the extra step in gaining strength, balance, and connection to your Warrior Power. 

 

What to bring: Steel Mace,  yoga mat & bottle of water. Training barefoot is suggested for this style practice.  Steel Maces are also available for use at the studio, starting from 5-18lbs.

 

                                                                     

​​​FITNESS FUSION Total Body Strength, Cardio, & Core Training

A dynamic morning workout that will hit ALL the marks as we train the total body AND create momentum in mindset for overall Wellness!  Multi Chain Functional Movement pared with an aerobic pace strength training routine so that you strengthen muscle and burn fat all in one. Expect a variety of power blocks, supersets, cardio and core circuits.

What to bring: 3-12lb Dumbells and /or Light, medium and heavy loop Resistance Bands or Tubing. Yoga or exercise mat & bottle of water. *Schedule above shows what class will need what equipment. Contact for guidance on what to bring or if you need suggestions where to find equipment needed

COMBO YOGA FLOW:

Vinyasa Yoga Flow Inspired by Empowerment Intention Setting *a combination of Energizing Vinyasa Power Yoga Flow to help strengthen balance and connect to your Power in a Peaceful way, followed by Slow Flow Recovery Asanas to support release of stress on the body while grounding the mind and soul. This practice is 60% invigorating Flow work with 40% rest and zen recovery poses, a great workout with the weight of only your body and a incredible recharge with the support of your somatic breath.​

 

What to bring: yoga mat & bottle of water, and blanket or towel. Yoga blocks, straps and bolsters optional.

​​​​SMF (Steel Mace Flow)

Steel mace flow allows you to unwind and find a greater sense of movement and mobility. The purpose of a steel mace flow is to smoothly transition from one movement to the next in a continuous sequence of movements through multiple planes of motion. When flowing, you are in a condition of steady, mindful engagement. Rather than letting gravity do all the work, you can decide how you want to move and in which plane of motion and direction. This practice can be intro level or intense. If you hate routine and love to test your physical limits and train dynamically, steel mace flows may be especially perfect for you. SMF is a benefit for anyone wishing to strengthen ability to move through various movements and patterns and control, to help you build the stability, balance, and coordination. Steel mace flows target multiple muscles simultaneously (compound movements) in multiple planes of motion; challenging your focus and your timing while your bodies is under stress.

Flows provide a plethora of benefits, from Muscle Endurance & Strength, Metabolic Conditioning, Stability, Mobility, Cognitive, and the Ability to think clearly when under stress!

 

What you need; Personal Steel Mace, yoga or exercise mat, bottle of water. Barefoot or indoor runners welcome

ZEN RECOVERY YOGA:

Hatha ZEN Yoga Flow focused on Restorative Slow Flow Inspired by Deepening the asanas (poses) along with the pranayama (breath) This is a floor series with very mild exerting built upon a meditative mindset, meant to assist peace & calm in Body Mind & Spirit.  Guided Life Coaching revolving around a weekly EmPOWERment intention is additionally cued in this self-care practice, providing the opportunity to dive deeper into your soul training. Aromatherapy Oils diffused and brought for topical use to charge your practice.

NOTE: Fridays Deep Zen Yoga is 90min session, holding the restful poses for longer durations of rest,

What to bring: yoga mat & bottle of water, and blanket. Yoga blocks, straps and bolsters optional. A throw blanket and warm socks is a nice addition to bring to this restful practice.

  • In Person Session are offered at our carefully created Home Based Studio off River Rd in Lorette MB at 6 Oakview Drive.  A separate private studio entrance has been a new addition to the enjoyable space

​

  •  We host intimate and modest size classes consisting of of 8-12 people per class depending on the style of the session to allow for an educational approach to your valuable training experience.

 

  • All Virtual sessions are offered LIVE on Zoom with real time group training instruction. A recording will be sent to you after every class to save for your own library of home workouts. You will need a charged device (i pad, PC, or Smart Tv that you can access Zoom with a two way camera). 

​

  • Classes are suitable for ALL Beings, at ANY Level, ALL Bodies. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Variations are offered for ALL by a NFLA Certified Trainer with the Manitoba Fitness Council. Variations and modifications are offered for everyone's safety & success.

 

  • Please dress for comfort to support the training style of the session. Indoor runners are optional for indoor fitness, or you are welcome to train barefoot.

What's the EmPOWERment Program Vibe

Group Training Programs are a Total Body ' Mind ' Soul Training Program designed specially for Beings to come together to get empowered through meaningful movement. To inspire and BE inspired in a community unity kind of way. The programs run periodically throughout the year, every January-March, April - June, July mini session, and Sept - Dec. 

​

Each Total Body Mind Body Soul session focuses on fun fueled variety of equipment based on the theme you select of each unique round. Ranging from strength, resistance, endurance, and conditioning training. Plus HIIT cardio, abdominal core exercises, and Vinyasa Yoga Flow & Recovery Yoga Asanas. Equipment options can range from resistance bands, mini bands, dumbbells, body weight and more. You select your class package ;to attend as many times weekly as you wish, and in the style of movement or workout you want to focus on.

 

Fitness training​ branch out into a variety of exercise techniques, with Drop Sets, Exertion Reps, Pyramid Sets, Super Sets, Isometric and Tabata style training. You will also have an opportunity to master optimal balance, flexibility and recovery as we work on yoga that is built into your program

 

Yoga Flow & Recovery is intention setting practice, with essential oil blends diffused and music playlists to align with the theme/intention of the day. We enjoy Body * Mind * Soul work in every session. Vinyasa style of Yoga Flow offers a mix of faster sequenced yoga then most styles, that link postures together rather than holding them for long periods of time. It's an energetic & vigorous practice that gives you a balance of physical exertion with strength and flexibility as you connected mindfulness into movement and breath. We also incorporating restorative slow flow poses at the start and end of the series to help cultivate restorative balance & let go in body, mind & soul.  

 

The workouts are designed with the mission to create personal empowerment inspired by movement and action. To build confidence, promote impressive body re composition, improve overall health & wellness, ignite cardiovascular & endurance strengthening, allows physical transformation (as a side effect to self caring & loving through action). Not to mention the endless reward and impact that fitness has on helping us all to feel absolutely fabulous mentally emotionally, physically and spiritually!

We will also bring mindset, motivation, affirmation focus into our sessions together as we exercising positive self thought/talk and work on connecting to our inner self love so we power our self care and self discipline even more, elevating our over all self mastery.

We have the opportunity to connect with community support and receive the additional value of extra tips with your overall wellness on our private Live One Lifers Facebook Group page.  Page includes at home fitness and yoga sessions for you to enjoy doing between scheduled classes.

  • We accept a max of 8-12 people per class, depending on size of the style of the sessions and to ensure a hands on approach while maintaining a vibrant energy in our Small Group Private Studio.

  • Welcome to adults, ages 18+ years with no max age. Youths 12+ welcome if able to respect the class style.

​​Program and Class Policy:

​

When choosing your Package, you pick a consistent day to attend weekly and prepay for all the classes ahead of time to offer you extra incentive & accountability to attend. Example: If classes are scheduled Monday through Saturday, you would pick to attend every Monday for a Bronze Package, or Monday & Friday for Silver Package, or a Gold Package would qualify you for 3 classes a week, (depending which pass you selected). 

​

Your weekly 'spot(s)' is/are reserved and ensured upon enrollment, though your program includes additional value in the private Facebook group, offering you home workouts and practices if unable to attend in person. Our intention is to help you show up for YOU throughout the full duration of your program.

​

​Please keep in mind that Live One Life Coaching offers a Group EmPOWERment PROGRAM and not a class schedule a la cart, spread over the duration of the program. We offer small Group size classes at our quaint studio, allowing 8 to 12 spots in each class, depending on the space required for the style of session. Our studio and schedule is designed for an intimate and personalized experience for our valued clients to enjoy. That unfortunately no one else comes in to take advantage of your spot when you aren't able to attend. But also that if not enough people show up or enrol that we cannot offer the class as desired. Ultimately our goal is to help you maintain the weekly commitment to yourself and your self care while we come together to inspire your EmPOWERment.

Things to Consider;

​

If you are out of town and miss a class due to travel, keep in mind that we have online sessions for you to still take advantage of while away, and you are still a part of our online Facebook Group that includes at home connection to the Program value and at home YouTube workouts to encourage yourself to still do. Each Group Fitness Training Program includes our PRIVATE Live One Lifers Facebook Group, where you will receive extra weekly Lifestyle and Mindset coaching in addition to the library of home workouts. 

​

Your PRIVATE Facebook Group additionally extends Lifestyle Tips and Motivation/Encouragement to stick with your EmPOWERment Program both in and away from the studio. You receive weekly Life Coaching with guided self discovery journaling prompts and wellness tips to apply that correspond to the intention of the week. This is meant to help you be mindful and active about your overall personal empowerment off the mat in addition to the physical work of each class together. This page is also a way to connect like minded individuals to support and encourage each other as we all work on becoming the Healthiest & Happiest versions of ourselves over the 10 week Program.

​

Consider how you would enrol your kids in a beneficial activity for them to be active or creative, like music or sports, and that program runs for an x amount of weeks. If they are unable to make a practice, class, or game, there isn't any makeup due to the amount of spots, space, etc.  Our program offers that same incentive to attend.

​

If your instructor is unable to host a class due to illness, this will be the only time that a makeup is able to be offered. Moving forward we will be hosting a max of 10 week programs that are scheduled for 11 weeks to allow for a potential week extra of makeup classes. If your instructor does not miss any classes, the program will end once 10 weeks are complete.

​

We are passionate about wanting to help you show up for consistent work on yourself, just as you consistently work to show up for so many others in your Life. Weekly loyalty to showing up for you is something that we hope to help you maintain as a promise to yourself.
