Group Fitness Programs

These programs are all offered in person and online and feature well rounded fitness training and yoga. Like all of our programs, you choose the frequency and plan that best suits your needs. 

group Training Programs & sessions

  • Group Training Programs are a 12 week Total Body ' Mind ' Soul Training Program designed specially for Women to come together to get empowered & have a ton of fun while we Empower our self and each other!

  • The programs run periodically throughout the year, every January-March, April - June, July mini session, and Sept - Dec.

  • Private Facebook Group

  • In Person just outside of Lorette MB - up to 5 times a week AND Virtual on Zoom

Specialty Steel Mace Flow

  • The Steel Mace will increase the demands of any exercises and challenge your conditioning training all in one.  The uneven weight distribution of the Steel Mace will demand more core and stabilizer recruitment during any movement pattern compared with other tools where the weight distribution is evenly distributed. Plus you get the added Empowerment of feeling like a fierce Warrior while you train in Flow like a Goddess
