At Live One Life coaching we are excited to offer multi faceted programs with a range of customizations to fit your individual needs. Choose between One on One Lifestyle & Empowerment Coaching or our Group Fitness & Yoga Programs, virtually or in person.
Erin DeRose is a certified Health & Lifestyle Coach who passionately began her role as a Guide to those seeking Elevation & EmPOWERment, 20 years ago. She incorporated movement into her coaching services, earning her Yoga Teaching Certificate, in 2008. Exploring different styles of Yoga since then,( Ashtanga, Bikram, Hatha, and Vinyasa).
Erin opened her private practice, Live One Life Coaching in Lorette MB, as a Personalized Lifestyle Coach in March 2016, coincidently on International Woman’s Day. Soon after, and once quickly recognizing that exercise is a necessary tool for someone’s overall Physical and Psychological Health, (not to mention that it’s one of the easiest to access practices to build self confidence), Erin earned her Certificate as a NFL Personal Trainer and MFC Group Instructor. Then added Steel Mace Flow Coach to her credentials, earning her SMF certification with Honors in 2021.
Erin is always eager to be able to share her core principles for personal EmPOWERment with those looking for Life Growth. And is incredibly honored to be able to bring the fierce and fulfilling practice of Body • Mind • Soul Training to our community

These programs are all offered with the option to enroll either In Person or Online and feature well rounded fitness training and yoga. Like all of our programs, you choose the frequency and plan that best suits your needs.

Live sessions are hosted through ZOOM using a 2-way camera allowing you to get a personal trainer in the comfort of your own home.

FREE LIFESTYLE ASSESMENT
This free/no obligation Private Lifestyle Assessments offered over the phone or on zoom allows you to become familiar with the programs as well as our coach before you enroll. Through this assessment, we will talk about your goals and needs to determine if you are a candidate for a Personal Lifestyle Program at this time. We will require a brief Medical History Form to be completed prior to the assessment. Please allow approximately 1 hour first time session. Additionally, if you could fill in the information below, we will contact you to reserve your spot in the next 48 hours.
